You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified Paytm or PhonePe account within five working days, subject to identity verification being complete.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes about withdrawals, voided rounds, or bonus conditions should be raised in writing within 30 days of the event. We commit to a documented decision within 10 working days; unresolved cases may be escalated to the relevant authority.
